Paul Backx – Secretary/Treasurer

I am married to Janice, I'm 59 and we have 2 grown up children, we have purchased a Villa, Christina 2, in Phase 1.

Having recently sold our energy consulting business, my partner and I have now officially retired. I have a small property portfolio, with properties in both the UK and Spain; which takes up a lot of my time, especially the Spanish apartment, this is our first venture into Bulgaria.

My hobbies are golf, sailing, walking and skiing.

Robert Pierce

I am 54 and Divorsed. I have 4 children aged from 8 to 30. I am buying an Apt with my Son David.

I am a Sales Rep for S.H.S Ltd distributing Tropicana Juices, Flora, Philidelphia etc. to Supermarket chains in Ireland. My previous background was in Insurance in Motor Claims Settlement.

I am currently Secretary of Elm Green Golf Club in Dublin.I play off a 16 H/C.

My Hobbies are Golf ,Skiing, Football,and playing Guitar. 

George Hendry

I am 48 years old , married to Aileen and we have 2 children, Jonathan 19 and Claire 15. We live in Bangor on Dee near Wrexham and have lived in Scotland , England and the USA during our 24 years of marriage.

I have been in Sales for 28 years since graduating from Hull University in 1980.

I am currently employed as Sales Director for the worlds largest producer of plastic bottles. Our clients include Coke, Britvic , GSK and not forgetting Barr's ( the maker of Bru !!) .

I am interested in golf, skiing, boating, good food / wine and travel.

I have purchased at Ibar both for investment and pleasure and I hope to be able to use the complex both for golf and skiing.

Karen Carter

I work as cabin crew based at Heathrow. I also run my own business doing hair and make-up for weddings.
I am married to Wayne and have 2 boys ages 7 and 9.

I like skiing, horse riding, walking/hiking and I love to travel. Both of my children play golf and I would like to learn.

We also own a house in Maritsa, the next village to Dolna Banya which we have had for 5 years and we love the area.
